Privacy notice

What we collect

Your phone number, name, education, skills, preferred areas and your answers when you apply. If you upload a résumé or record a voice answer, we store those too.

Why we use it

Each use has its own consent, and you can withdraw any of them at any time from My privacy:

• Matching: showing you jobs that fit your profile.
• Sharing with an employer: only after you say yes for that specific job.
• WhatsApp and email updates about your applications.
• Weekly job digest.

Who sees it

BMIT's placement team. An employer sees your profile only after you agree to share it for their job, and never sees your phone number until they invite you to interview.

How long we keep it

While your account is active, and for a limited period after you close it, as set out in our retention schedule.

Your rights

You can see, download, correct or delete your data from My privacy, and raise a grievance with our grievance officer.
